JB Asphalt of 4B Hamilton Park , Highbury London N5 guarantees the waterproof integrity of the mastic asphalt covering , for a period of (5,10,20) years from the date of practical completion of all works carried out this will also include where applicable a 12 month guarantee on the majority of repair works. 

This guarantee covers all materials supplied by and full installation by JB Asphalt,  it does NOT guarantee against Design Defects / Misuse or Reckless Damage. 

It is the responsibility of the Building Owner to ensure that regular checking and maintenance of the (Newly Asphalted Area) is carried out. 

Any defects should be notified immediately upon discovery to JB Asphalt at our office address or via email to jbasphalting@yahoo.co.uk , and all reasonable action should be taken to restrict further damage by water ingress.
